The Friday Business Club is a great opportunity to spend valuable time working on your business rather than in your business.

Use this time to work on your ‘problem’ areas or work through our step by step programme to write, update or rewrite your business plan. Make best use of the shared resources and expertise from your mentors as well as other Club Members.

Social Scheduling

Do you find managing your social media accounts stressful? Not sure what to post or when? Never seem to have enough time to post regularly?

Our fortnightly social scheduling workshops will help you focus, without distraction, on creating content and a schedule for your social media, saving you both time and money. What’s more, you will benefit from the extra minds in the room to help create fresh content for your channels.

During this 2.5 hour workshop you will:

• Learn the habit of posting regularly
• Start to create compelling social media posts
• Begin to establish a stronger brand presence

Our monthly workshop will take place on the last Thursday of the month, from 9.00am - 11.30am to get you ready for the month ahead. Places are strictly limited to 8.

Marketing Plans Made Simple

Marketing is one of the most crucial elements for any business but far too often our marketing efforts are a bit hit and miss or sometimes not at all.

Our one page marketing plan takes you through the key elements to identify your target audience, understand the best media to attract new customers, how to nurture and convert them and finally, how to increase customer lifetime value and stimulate referrals.

During this 2.5 hour workshop you will:

• Learn the fundamentals of marketing
• Apply the fundamentals to one or more products or services
• Take away a marketing plan ready to implement into your business

This monthly workshop takes place on the second Wednesday of the month, from 9.00am - 12.00pm.

Cash Flow Projections for Your Business

Over a two hour 1-2-1 session you will be guided through the two main elements of a cash flow projection, accounts receivable (cash in) and accounts payable (cash out) to ultimately, get an overview of how much cash your business is expected to have on hand at the end of each month.

Understanding and predicting the flow of money in and out of your business, will help you make smarter decisions on where your focus needs to be, enabling you to plan ahead more efficiently, and avoid cash flow crises. 

This session can be booked as an when you need it, subject to availability.
